# Ausschuss melden

Produkte, die nicht zurück ins Lager gebucht werden sollen oder können (z.B. beschädigte oder abgelaufene Produkte), können in diesem Menüpunkt als Ausschuss gemeldet werden.

Über den Button <img src="/files/qZmWJx966QxmCpn7ke3k" alt="" data-size="line"> wird eine neue Ausschussmeldung angelegt. Im Entwurf können das **Produkt**, die **Menge**, das **Quellager**, der **Lagerort für Ausschuss** und der **Referenzbeleg** angegeben werden. Anschließend wird der Ausschuss über den Button Validieren bestätigt.

Der **Standard-Lagerort für Ausschuss** hat die Bezeichnung Bestandsschwund/Lagerausbuchung und ist ein virtueller Lagerort. Die Bezeichnung des [Lagerortes kann abgeändert ](/verwaltungsoberflache/konfiguration/lager/lagerorte.md)werden, bzw. ein [Lagerort mit dem Lagerorttyp "Bestandsschwund"](/verwaltungsoberflache/konfiguration/lager/lagerorte.md#lagerorttyp) für die Ausschuss-Meldung angelegt werden.
