Die Kampagnenphasen werden in [Kampagnen](/verwaltungsoberflache/kundenpflege/kampagnen.md) verwendet. Sie bilden den Arbeitsablauf einer Marketing-Kampagne ab und sind von CRM-Pipeline-Phasen getrennt.
