# Angebotsvorlagen

Die Angebotsvorlagen können im Auftragswesen bei[ Erstellen eines Angebots](/verwaltungsoberflache/auftragswesen/angebote-and-auftrage-auftragswesen.md#angebot-auftrag-anlegen) verwendet werden, um die Einstellungen aus der Vorlage zu übernehmen.

Angebote mit dieser Vorlage haben die angegebene Gültigkeit in Tagen

### Online Bestätigung

Es gibt die Möglichkeit ein Angebot von Ihren Kunden per Unterschrift bestätigen zu lassen. Hierfür kann direkt im Angebot unter "Weitere Informationen" pro Angebot ein Häkchen bei "Unterschrift" gesetzt werden.\

Das Angebot kann dann per E-Mail an den Kunden gesendet und vom Kunden über einen Link bestätigt werden. Wenn das Häkchen gesetzt ist, wird beim Bestätigen eine Unterschrift verlangt.

Wenn Sie den Auftrag direkt zur Unterschrift vorlegen wollen, können Sie die Seite auch direkt aus dem Angebot über den Button "Kunden-Vorschau" (rechts oben) aufrufen.

Wenn gewünscht ist, dass alle Angebot immer eine Unterschrift bei der Bestätigungen verlangen, kann dies auch global unter "Einstellungen > Verkauf > Angebote und Aufträge > Online-Signatur" gesetzt werden.
