# Exporte

In dieser Ansicht sind die erstellten DATEV-Exporte und ihr Status (Ausstehend, Erledigt, Fehler) aufgelistet.
**Status Erledigt**
Bei einem Export, der bereits abgeschlossen wurde und den Status Erledigt hat, kann sowohl der Buchungsstapel als auch die Debitoren/Kreditoren im csv-Format heruntergeladen werden.
Über den Button  kann der DATEV-Export auch als ZIP-Ordner heruntergeladen werden, der die beiden Dateien im csv-Format enthält.
**Status Ausstehend**
Der Export der Daten ist noch nicht abgeschlossen und läuft noch
**Status Fehler**
Der Export konnte aufgrund eines Fehlers nicht erstellt werden.
Die gesamte Fehlermeldung wird im Export angegeben.\
In der letzten Zeile befindet sich eine Info für die Fehlerbehebung, z.B. "Die Kassenzuordnung muss unter Einstellungen > Fibu Daten > DATEV hinzugefügt werden."

Wenn für die Fehlerbehebung Unterstützung vom ETRON Support benötigt wird, sollte die gesamte Fehlermeldung an diesen weitergegeben werden.
