Werden Datensätze verändert, ist aus diesem Protokoll heraus erkenntlich, welcher Datensatz wann geändert wurde, und durch welchen Benutzer der Datensatz verändert wurde.&#x20;

Eine genauere Protokollierung, was im entsprechenden Datensatz verändert wurde, ist in den [Datenänderungsprotokollzeilen](#datenaenderungsprotokollzeilen) zu erkennen.

### Über den Datensatz aufrufen

Das Änderungsprotokoll kann auch im jeweiligen Datensatz (z.B. ein Produkt oder ein Kontakt / Benutzer) über das Aktionsmenü unter **Aktion -> Protokolle ansehen** aufgerufen werden, um die erfolgten Änderungen einzusehen.&#x20;

Dadurch werden alle protokollierten Änderungen angezeigt.

Durch Auswahl einer Änderung wird die Detailansicht der geänderten Werte angezeigt. Diese erweiterte Anzeige entspricht der Ansicht der [Datenänderungsprotokollzeilen](#datenaenderungsprotokollzeilen).
