# Schnelle Rechnungserstellung

Durch die Schnellbestätigung eines Angebots wird 

* das Angebot zu einem bestätigten Auftrag
* die Rechnung erstellt, bestätigt und gedruckt
* die Lieferbuchungen erstellt (wenn die Ware lagernd ist) und optional der Lieferschein gedruckt

## Vorgang

1. Im Auftragswesen ein neues Angebot (mit Hinzufügen des Kunden und der Produkte) erstellen, bzw. ein bestehendes Angebot öffnen.

2. Wenn der Lieferschein bei der Schnellbestätigung gedruckt werden soll, ist das Feld ![Drucke Lieferschein](https://2281246901-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FlM26Mg6nljOOOe95HyIq%2Fuploads%2FqMBTgwIk9pWVhiVz2klf%2Fimage.png?alt=media\&token=c9e996c8-88b9-40e7-ad05-792b6c5b70ee)  zu aktivieren.

4. Das Angebot wird zu einem bestätigten Auftrag. Die Rechnung wird erstellt und bestätigt. Für alle lagernden Positionen wird eine Lagerbuchung erstellt. Nicht lagernde Positionen werden nicht behandelt, für diese musss nachträglich ein Lieferschein erstellt werden.\
   Rechnung und (wenn aktiviert) Lieferschein werden nun gedruckt
