# Übersetzungen

Sobald im System eine zusätzliche [Sprache](/verwaltungsoberflache/einstellungen/allgemeine-einstellungen/allgemeine-einstellungen/sprachen.md) freigeschaltet ist, erscheint neben relevanten Textfeldern (z. B. **Produktname**, **Verkaufsbeschreibung**, usw,) eine Sprachkennzeichnung.

Im Screenshot ist als Übersetzungssymbol **DE** (Deutsch) sichtbar.

* Ist die Verwaltungsoberfläche für den Benutzer auf **Englisch** eingestellt, wird stattdessen **EN** angezeigt.
* Durch Auswahl des Symbols öffnet sich ein Fenster zur Eingabe der Werte in den verschiedenen Sprachen.

* Mit [Spracheinstellung](/verwaltungsoberflache/einstellungen/benutzer-und-unternehmen/benutzer.md#sprache) **Deutsch** wird im Feld angezeigt: „Apfel grün, 4 Stk“.
* Mit [Spracheinstellung](/verwaltungsoberflache/einstellungen/benutzer-und-unternehmen/benutzer.md#sprache) **Englisch** wird im Feld angezeigt: „Apple green, 4 pcs“.&#x20;

*Wird jedoch ein Übersetzungswert einmal manuell hinterlegt, bleibt dieser unverändert. Änderungen oder Ergänzungen im Originaltext wirken sich in diesem Fall nicht mehr auf die Übersetzung aus.*
