# AGB und Datenschutzerklärung im Checkout aktivieren
## Anzeige der AGB und Datenschutzerklärung im Checkout aktivieren
Die Anzeige der AGB kann aktiviert werden, wenn der **Warenkorb oder Checkout im Website-Editor im Bearbeitungsmodus** aufgerufen wird. Im Bereich **Anpassen** kann die Einstellung **Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen** über den Toggle ein- und ausgeschalten werden.
Ist die Einstellung gesetzt, befindet sich im Schritt **Bestellung bestätigen** ein **Link zu den AGB sowie der Datenschutzerklärung**. Um den Bestellprozess abschließen zu können, muss die **Checkbox** aktiviert, und AGB sowie Datenschutzerklärung dadurch zur Kenntnis genommen werden. Erst dann kann der Button **Jetzt bezahlen** ausgewählt werden.
Die **Seiten für die AGB bzw. die Datenschutzerklärung** können ebenso **im Website-Editor** über den Bearbeitungsmodus **gestaltet werden**.
