# Einen Verkauf durchführen

Artikel werden entweder per Maus/Touch aus der Produktliste ausgewählt oder per Scan in den Warenkorb gelegt. Über den Button **Checkout** wird zur Zahlung übergangen, und die verfügbaren  [Zahlungsmethoden](/verwaltungsoberflache/konfiguration/kassen.md#zahlungsmethoden) angezeigt. Die am Kassenplatz verfügbaren Zahlungsmethoden können über die Verwaltungsoberfläche angelegt, und dem Kassenplatz zugewiesen werden.&#x20;

Damit das Retourgeld angezeigt wird, sollte die gegebene Menge an Bargeld als Zahlung hinzugefügt werden. Anschließend kann der Checkout-Prozess abgeschlossen werden.
