# Waage

## Konformitätsfeststellung

Um einen rechtlich einwandfreien Betrieb zu gewährleisten ist es notwendig, dass eine Konformitätsfeststellung für das Gesamtsystem (Waage + Kassen PC) gemacht wird.

Für die Konformitätsfeststellung wird die CE-Erklärung des Kassensystems benötigt. Soll eine Waage an ein vorhandenes Kassensystem angeschlossen werden, muss die CE-Erklärung dieses Kassensystems vorliegen. 

Durchgeführt wird die Konformitätsfeststellung ausschließlich durch autorisierte Waagen-Techniker. Der Verbund von Waage- und Kassen-Hardware bildet danach ein gemeinsames System und darf ohne neuerliche Feststellung der Konformität nicht verändert werden.
