# Karten Transaktionen

Jede Kartentransaktion über eine Bezahlterminal wird protokolliert und hier festgehalten. Egal ob der Vorgang positiv oder negativ war. Sind Sie sich unsicher ob eine Bezahlung des Kunden durchgegangen ist, können Sie den Vorgang hier erneut kontrollieren. Als Referenz kann Datum und Uhrzeit oder die Belegnummer (Auftrag) hergenommen werden.

Die Detailansicht gibt zusätzliche Informationen Preis wie den Kunden- & Händlerbeleg und Informationen warum eine Bezahlung ggfs. fehlgeschlagen hat. Zum Beispiel aufgrund eines manuellen Abbruchs oder weil die Kundenkarte abgelehnt wurde.

*Der Ausdruck eines Händlerbeleg wird nur dann durchgeführt, wenn auf dem Händlerbeleg ein Unterschriftsfeld angedruckt wird. Ob eine Unterschrift verlangt wird, bestimmt das Bezahlterminal.*

Neben den normalen Buchungen befinden sich auch die Tagesabschlüsse im Transaktionslog.

Es kann unter dem **Beleg Text 2** Bereich der Kassenschnitt des Bezahlterminals nachgelesen werden.

*Im Normalfall wird der Tagesabschluss direkt über Ihre onRetail Kasse gedruckt, in Ausnahmefällen kann aber auch ein Bezahlterminal so eingestellt sein, dass der Ausdruck der Kassenschnitts direkt am Bezahlterminal erfolgt.*
