# Handbuch und Support

Es besteht die Möglichkeit, direkt im Backend auf das onRetail Handbuch zuzugreifen und das nötige Tool für eine Fernwartung herunterzuladen, bzw. diese zu starten.

## Handbuch

Das Handbuch findet man, wenn man auf seinen Benutzernamen rechts oben im Eck klickt und dort den Punkt „Handbuch“ auswählt.

## Fernwartung

Hat man einen Termin für eine Fernwartung ausgemacht, kann man sich darauf vorbereiten, indem man auf seinen Benutzernamen rechts oben im Eck klickt, dort den Punkt „Fernwartung“ auswählt und das Installationspaket herunterlädt. Hier kann man auch zum Zeitpunkt der Fernwartung das Tool direkt starten.
