# Offene Rechnungen zum Stichtag

**Frage**: \
Ist es möglich, herauszufinden, welche Rechnungen zu einem bestimmten Stichtag offen waren und wie mache ich das? \

**Antwort**:\
Sie können die Rechnungen mit den Zahlungsinformationen exportieren und dann im Excel filtern.\
Dazu gehen Sie in die Listenansicht der Ausgangsrechnungen und erweitern die Paginierung per Klick auf 1-99999. Dann sehen Sie alle Rechnungen in der Liste. ([Paginierung](/onretail-wiki/sonstiges/tipps-und-tricks-fragen-und-antworten-f-and-q/pagination-anpassen.md))\

Checkbox "Alle Daten exportieren" anhaken, dann kann die Zeile "Zahlungen" aufgeklappt werden und "Erstellt am" hinzufügen. Oder das Feld "Abstattung" verwenden.

Das ist dann die Spalte, wo Sie sehen, dass zu einer Rechnung schon Zahlungen eingelangt sind oder nicht. Jetzt können alle Rechnungen, die vor dem Stichtag erstellt wurden und dann alle, wo keine Zahlungszeilen aufscheinengefiltert werden.
