# Komplett Storno Kassenbeleg

Erweiterung der Retourenfunktion. In der Storno Funktion werden soweit möglich auch die Zahlarten rückgebucht.

Leeren Sie den offenen Beleg, danach auf die Beleghistorie gehen und den zu stornierenden Beleg auswählen. Klicken Sie dann auf den Button Storno.

Nach der Bestätigung können Sie zwischen [**Teilstorno** ](/onretail-wiki/handbuch/kassenoberflaeche/teilstorno.md)**durchführen** und **Komplett stornieren** entscheiden. Bei **Komplett stornieren** wird bei der Beleg komplett retour gebucht inklusive aller Zahlarten. 

Falls unbare Zahlungen dabei waren, wird der Checkout noch nicht durchgeführt, sondern nochmal zur Kontrolle angeboten (zB eine Terminal Zahlung kann nicht so einfach wieder auf die Karte des Kunden zurückgebucht werden.) Die einzelnen Zeilen der verschiedenen Zahlarten können nochmal kontrolliert und angepasst werden. Schließen Sie mit Checkout ab.
