### Aktivierung : <a href="#aktivierung" id="aktivierung"></a>

Die Grundwerteeinstellung [„Verkauf aufrufen“ → 738 „Kunden Werbezustimmung online Sichern“](/etron-win/handbuch/stammdaten/grundwerte-definition/filialspezifische-einstellungen/verkauf-aufrufen.md) muss aktiviert werden. Ist diese Option aktiv werden die Einstellungen „KEINE BRIEFE“, „KEIN NEWSLETTER“ und „ZZ KUNDE WURDE GELÖSCHT“ online gesichert.

### Rücksicherung : <a href="#ruecksicherung" id="ruecksicherung"></a>

Nach einer Rücksicherung der Zentrale kann unter **„Verschiedenes“ → „Reorganisation/Kontrolle“ → „Kundenwerbezustimmung rücksichern“** der Status für diese Kennzeichen wieder hergestellt werden. Es werden nur Sperren wieder hergestellt. Freigaben werden nicht nachgezogen.
