# Fehlerhafte DEP Validierung (ETRON Win)

Nach unseren Erfahrungen, entsteht ein solches Fehlerbild meist bei Stromausfällen oder sonstigen Hardware-Fehlfunktionen, wie z.B. einer Festplatten Korruption. Wichtig, es handelt sich hierbei nicht um eine ETRON Kassen-Fehlfunktion, sondern rein um einen Validierungsfehler im DEP, aus oben genannten Gründen!

Als notwendige Vorgehensweise empfehlen wir das Schließen des beschädigten DEP7, mit anschließender Neueröffnung und Registrierung bei FON.

Für ETRON Kunden mit einem RKSV Sorglos Paket und automatischer FON Anbindung kann die DEP Neueröffnung ohne viel Aufwand durchgeführt werden, der [ETRON Support](https://support.etron.at/) unterstützt Sie gerne dabei.
