# DEP (DEP7) Export
*Hauptauswahl > Statistik > Kassa-Auswertungen > Journale > Finanzamtexport*
Das RKSV DEP ist hier exportierbar.
## Für das Finanzamt
* Export des DEP durch anhaken von „RKSV DEP (DEP7)“ und Klick auf \ Export starten
* Kopieren der Datei C:\FNAEXP\\\*dep.json auf einen USB-Stick oder elektronischer Versand
* Es kann ein gewählter Zeitraum oder das Komplette Journal exportiert werden.
* Wird die Option *Zeitraum* aktiviert, weil dies z.B. auf Grund der Journalgröße erforderlich ist, wird das DEP7 nur für den gewählten Zeitraum ausgegeben. Dabei wird jedoch bei der Prüfung ein fehlender Startbeleg die Folge sein.
* Bei Bedarf kann auch noch das Kassajournal (DEP131) mitexportiert werden.
* Die Prüfung (*Prüfen durch ETRON Entwicklung*) ist nur auf Anforderung durch den ETRON-Support durchzuführen.
Das RKSV DEP wird als C:\FNAEXP\\\*dep.json ausgegeben. Diese Datei ist der Person vom Finanzministerium auf einem von Ihnen bereitgestellten USB-Stick zu übergeben. Die Übermittlung der Datei kann aber auch per E-Mail Drop Box oder Sonstigem erfolgen.

Die DEP Dateibezeichnung beim Finanzamtexport lautet \ + \_DEP\_ + \
## Für ETRON Entwicklung

Unabhängig vom „normalen“ Export für die Finanzamtsprüfung kann das DEP an ETRON zur Prüfung gesendet werden.\
Dazu wird zusätzlich zu „RKSV DEP“ auch „Prüfen durch ETRON Entwicklung“ angehakt, wonach bei Klick auf \ Export starten das DEP über das Internet gesendet wird.
Mit diesem Prüfprogramm wird das gesamte Journal geprüft.
