# Webshopbestellungen

## Neue Bestellungen übernehmen
Bestellungen vom Webshop werden als Auftrag übernommen. Bei der Bestellungsübernahme werden Kundenneuanlagen sofort durchgeführt, um bei Mehrfachaufträgen Doppelanlagen zu vermeiden.
Zu jeder Bestellung muss der Kunde zugeordnet werden. Wenn unter der gleichen Adresse bereits ein Eintrag vorhanden ist, kann dieser gewählt und mit \ übernommen werden. Mit \ wird der Kunde neu angelegt.
Die Bestellung durch Klick auf \ einmal grundsätzlich übernehmen.
Ist der Kunde noch nicht angelegt so werden die in der Rechnungsadresse eingegebenen Daten übernommen.
Sollen die Daten der Lieferadresse übernommen werden so bestätigen Sie die Auswahl „-1 Neuanlage“ mit \.
**\ Ablehnen:**
Die Bestellung wird nicht als Auftrag übernommen
**\ Übernehmen:**
Die Bestellung wird als Auftrag übernommen. Artikelnummern die im ETRON nicht bekannt sind werden in einem Protokoll ausgedruckt. Der Auftrag muss händisch erfasst werden.
Webshopbestellungen können mit dem Kommentar „#Sofortverrechnung“ bzw. „#Direktverrechnung“ (Ohne Lieferschein) gleich bei der Bestellungsübernahme als Rechnung gedruckt werden.
