# Manuelle Artikelnummer begründen
Mit dieser Funktion wird ein Grund abgefragt, wenn in der Kassa eine Artikelnummer Manuell über die Tastatur erfasst wird.
Es kann dazu ein Protokoll mit den Vorfällen abgerufen werden.
### **Grundlagen**
*Grundwert 863 "Manuelle Artikelnummer begründen"*
Aktivierung der Abfrage in der Kassa.
*Grundwert 864 "Gründe für manuelle Artikelnummer"*
Definition der Gründe für die Manuelle Erfassung.
*Grundwert 865 "Manuelle Artikelnummer Warengruppenausschluss"*
Bestimmte Warengruppen von der Abfrage ausschließen.
Bestimmte Artikel von der Abfrage ausschließen.
Im Artikelstamm im Feld L3 KZ den Wert #MA eintragen.
### **Ablauf in der Kassa**
Wenn eine Artikelnummer manuell eingegeben wird, erfolgt eine Abfrage.
Die Erkennung, ob Scanner oder manuell erfolgt an der Eingabegeschwindigkeit
### **Protokoll**
Unter „Statistik“ -> „Kassa-Auswertungen“ -> „Journale“ -> „Manuelle Artikelnummernerfassung“ kann das Protokoll abgerufen werden.
