# Seriennummernverwaltung

## Voraussetzungen <a href="#voraussetzungen1" id="voraussetzungen1"></a>

Nach der Installation des [Moduls Seriennummernverwaltung](/etron-win/sonstiges/software-module-versionsvergleich/module-fur-etron-win.md#seriennummernverwaltung) muss die Seriennummernverwaltung in der Grundwerte-Definition unter Grundwerte-ID [262 / Seriennummernverwaltung](/etron-win/handbuch/stammdaten/grundwerte-definition/filialspezifische-einstellungen/artikel.md) aktiviert werden.

## Erfassung <a href="#erfassung" id="erfassung"></a>

### **Seriennummernerfassung beim Erfassungsende**

Die Seriennummern für die definierten Artikel werden beim Ende der Erfassung nacheinander abgefragt:

### **Seriennummernerfassung beim Einzelartikel**

Die Seriennummern für die definierten Artikel werden gleich nach der Erfassung des Artikels abgefragt.

Im Artikelstamm muss das Feld „Seriennummer erforderlich“ aktiviert sein.\
Wird unter Kassa/Auftrag ein Artikel mit Seriennummer erfasst, wird diese abgefragt. Ist die Seriennummer noch nicht verfügbar, kann z.B. ein „.“ eingetragen und später unter Auswertung bearbeitet werden.

### **Auswertung**

Unter [Seriennummernverwaltung](/etron-win/handbuch/kassa/funktion/seriennummernverwaltung.md) können die Seriennummern bearbeitet und in Excel exportiert oder ausgedruckt werden.
