# Reparatur

In diesem Menüpunkt können an der Kassa Reparaturen angenommen werden. Eingabe des Kunden, anschließend wird der Lieferant eingegeben der die Reparatur durchführt (wird die Reparatur in der eigenen Werkstatt durchgeführt, so muss im Lieferantenstamm ein Stammblatt für Werkstatt angelegt sein), das Reparaturformular wird aufgerufen und ausgefüllt.

Der vorgeschlagene Preis für den Kostenvoranschlag kommt aus der Grundwerte-ID [401 / Preisvorschlag für den KVA bei Reparaturannahme](/etron-win/handbuch/stammdaten/grundwerte-definition/filialspezifische-einstellungen/verkauf-erfassen.md) und kann unter Verkauf erfassen eingegeben werden, zusätzlich kann er hier überschrieben werden, Eingabe ob Garantie J/N und Fertigstellungstermin. Es werden 3 Reparaturformulare sowie ein Etikett ausgedruckt. Am Reparaturformular ist für die weitere Bearbeitung ein EAN-Code angedruckt. Es werden alle Telefonnummern und E-Mail-Adressen ausgegeben.\
Zubuchung der fertigen Reparatur unter Lager - Zugang von Werkstatt - ohne Datenträger vom Lieferanten. Ändern oder löschen einer Reparatur unter Verschiedenes - Reparatur bearbeiten. Verkauf der fertigen Reparatur im Verkauf durch einscannen des EAN´s.
