# BIOGAST Schnittstelle

Das [Modul BIOGAST](/etron-win/sonstiges/software-module-versionsvergleich/module-fur-etron-win.md#biogast) ist erforderlich.

### Artikelimport <a href="#artikelimport" id="artikelimport"></a>

Der Stammdatenimport läuft automatisch im Zuge der Nachtverarbeitung. Ist die Grundwerte-ID [597 / BNN Bestellungen auf ganze Bestelleinh. aufrunden](/etron-win/handbuch/stammdaten/grundwerte-definition/filialspezifische-einstellungen/bestellungen.md) gesetzt, werden BNN Bestellungen beim Export immer auf ganze Bestelleinheiten aufgerundet.

Inbetriebnahme:

1. Steuersatz 13% muss hinzugefügt werden
2. Biogast Lieferanten falls nicht vorhanden anlegen.
3. Unter *Datentransfer > Import/Fremddaten > Biogast > Optionen* die Zugangsdaten für den Artikelimport eintragen.\
   Host [ftp.biogast.at](ftp://ftp.biogast.at/)\
   Die Zugangsdaten müssen bei Biogast angefordert werden.
4. Import durchführen.
5. Beim 1. Import werden keine Artikel übernommen weil es keine Warengruppenzuordnungen gibt, diese müssen in der Biogast Warengruppenumschlüsselung festgelegt werden. Damit werden alle Artikel dieser Warengruppe importiert in ETRON importiert.
6. Import nochmals starten.\
   Unter \WW\BNNIMP\Archiv\ wird die Protokolldatei „Protokoll Biogast.xls“ abgelegt.\
   Zeilen die mit der Spalte „ERR“ auf „WAHR“ stehen wurden nicht importiert.

Mögliche Fehlermeldungen:<br>

| STOERR | Derzeit nicht aktiv                         |
| LZOERR | Derzeit nicht aktiv.                        |

ETRON bestellt in Stück, es wird auf VPE Verpackungseinheiten gerundet (siehe auch Grundwerte 597)

Produktimport und Bestellung bei BIOGAST können unabhängig voneinander verwendet werden.

Die Zugangsdaten dafür werden als B85/BNN Format unter den [Lieferantenstammdaten](/etron-win/handbuch/stammdaten/lieferanten-stammblatt.md#f8_bestexp) eingetragen.

Bestellungen und der Lieferscheinimport werden in den jeweiligen Abschnitten erklärt.
