# Signaturerstellungseinheit ausgefallen

Die Signaturerstellungseinheit ist so rasch wie möglich wieder zu reaktivieren. Für die Reaktivierung wird das [Drucken eines Nullbeleges](https://helpcenter.etron.info/v/onretail-wiki/handbuch/fiskalisierungen/rksv/null-monats-oder-jahresbeleg#nullbeleg-drucken) gefordert.

Jeder Ausfall, der **länger als 48 Stunden** dauert, ist beim Finanzamt (in Ihrem FinanzOnline-Portal) meldepflichtig. Diese Meldepflicht wird automatisch von unserem ETRON Kassensystem automatisch übernommen und eine Meldung an FinanzOnline geschickt.

Nach der Reaktivierung der Signaturerstellungseinheit muss ein Nullbeleg gedruckt werden!

Alle getätigten Verkäufe werden trotz ausgefallener Signaturerstellungseinheit im Datenerfassungsprotokoll (DEP) gespeichert und nach dem Nullbelegdruck signiert.
